QUOTE(TiF @ Apr 4 2012, 12:04 PM) i thoroughly enjoy that game. it is very similar to red faction gorila except saboteur dont have those crazy weapon/ destruction. i oso enjoy driving racing car in that game. Alright, thanks for your recommendation. I'll get it when it pops up on sale.QUOTE(Eoma @ Apr 4 2012, 12:18 PM) Wah, Crysis 2 @ 7.49 for Amazon's sale tomorrow. Nice, Crysis 2 is also on sale!Updated listing is available in Tony's thread @ cheapassgamer site. Thread title = "Amazon PCDD - THQ Sale! $10 Space Marine, $25 Saints Row 3 + More + Spring Sale Info!" So, i guess Saboteur, Crysis 2 and SS:BFE. If i buy those 3 or more games, i'll break my record of buying the most games in one week, which is 6 previously to close to 20 this damn week. DLCs are excluded. QUOTE(diehard1979 @ Apr 4 2012, 02:22 PM) wah you all still got money and time for these games. I did have a rule.I though a lot of people start preparing for Guild war 2, The Secret World, Firefall, Diablo3, Romance of 3 Kingdom 12. Guild War2 and The Secret World these 2 big MMO already can eat up most of the gamers' time. The games i buy now are usually less than $10. And i got quite a few games for $1 this week, so, the money still goes to GW2. |

QUOTE(tiensheng @ Apr 4 2012, 03:33 PM) Nah, the MP is awful. Small maps with CoD perks. Might as well play CoD then.Im only interested in the single player. QUOTE(Katsuke @ Apr 4 2012, 03:38 PM) Hmm, instead of Blur, I think I'll wait for Ridge Racer Unbounded to go on discount. Blur and Ridge Racer Unbounded are 2 very different games. I've only been a big fan of Burnout, just coz car destruction and carnage is just damn gorgeous to watch. In our modern age of racing games, we need another Demolition Derby game. Blur is closer to mario kart or any other kart games, except this one is exceptionally well designed with good power up synergy and fun to drive physics. Blur is the only known, at least for me, PC racing game that support 4 players split screens. I still recommend it, especially its only $5 now. Ridge Racer Unbounded is pretty much a mixture of Flatout, Burnout, Trackmania with a bit of NFS here and there. I feel like getting it now, cause i got a good deal. I love Flatout so RRU is pretty much no brainer. Mutiplayer seems damn dead though. Speaking of demolition derby game, how about Dirt Showdown? No more obnoxious GFWL, as its confirmed Steamworks this time round. This post has been edited by Cheesenium: Apr 4 2012, 04:02 PM |

I think I'll try to resist any deals and pass this sale.
The prices arent as good as i have hoped. Saving towards Guild Wars 2! Hope it doesnt suck. This post has been edited by Cheesenium: Apr 5 2012, 05:20 PM |

I heard a lot of good things about BFE. It is a true old school shooter.
Not crap like Hard Reset. |

QUOTE(diablos @ Apr 5 2012, 11:57 PM) Got it.The problem is, im in Australia and i have a feeling that i dont really have much chance to play any MP. QUOTE(Katsuke @ Apr 6 2012, 12:26 AM) I think it was like 8 hours for me. Yea, i know about the iron sights "feature" for some weapons, but at least the movements and some of the weapons feels very much old school. Its not bad, but abit weird with some weapons being able to reload and ironsight. I wouldn't call it totally old-school. It would take more time if you go Secret area hunting. IMO, i cant be expecting a carbon copy of Quake 3 or even UT2004, as some things will always change. |

Feel like getting Darkness 2 though, is it worth it?
If not, i'll just get that new Ridge Racer or better known as Flatout 4: Unbounded. |
