Actually retention tu nth one... Just to mention that Poslaju have ur stuff but not yet deliver yet. If kastam have ur stuff then u won't see 'departure from inward office' d. I always kena macam ni one... Wait one whole day, poslaju tak datang... call them to confirm they say due to *blah blah* reason they cannot make delivery... wait for next day... Zzz...

But as for ur case, do you receive any poslaju notice/reminder? Or just as Nichol said, just go to ur nearby poslaju centre, give them ur tracking number to see they ade buat harta or no...

As long as ur debit card have enough cash, why not? I myself are using debit card.

Both way also can. Directly use debit card on AmiAmi or through paypal on AmiAmi. See which currency rate u prefer. They give u 2 choices just in case their credit card payment system down, u still can use paypal to make payment...
