I think they do..? Someone had a paintstain on their Racing Miku 2011 and asked for a replacement..I am not sure how that went though lol.

I think in general they are quite nice about it as long as you can prove that it came like that.

Back then, when the BRS 1/8 came out, one of the twin tails broke and was rattling in its blisterbox. Snapped it and sent it to GSC.

3 days later, replacement came via ems, not a single cent spent on my end

i've heard good news from people who had broken / missing parts in mfc as well... guess GSC does give you some ease in mind when it comes to these things....
