Did kastam actually contact you about your package..? If not, then it's probably just sitting in their offices somewhere. I usually get this retention message when the delivery guy didn't manage to deliver my package..

Whenever an item of mine actually gets kidnapped by kastams, they'll give me a call and ask me to pick it up from their main office.

so far haven receive any call... just wondering when would it be release since i wan to play the game...

If you know where their office is, why not drop by with your tracking number? Poslaju themselves have a completely different tracking system not accessible by the public, so they should be able to tell you where your package went..?

Actually retention tu nth one... Just to mention that Poslaju have ur stuff but not yet deliver yet. If kastam have ur stuff then u won't see 'departure from inward office' d. I always kena macam ni one... Wait one whole day, poslaju tak datang... call them to confirm they say due to *blah blah* reason they cannot make delivery... wait for next day... Zzz...

But as for ur case, do you receive any poslaju notice/reminder? Or just as Nichol said, just go to ur nearby poslaju centre, give them ur tracking number to see they ade buat harta or no...

Nendoroid (as well as most scales from nearly all popular makers Koto, GSC, MF, Alter) write very clearly on the box itself that they are not meant to be for children under 15.

So no worries.
