 Panasonic KX-P1624 Printer: Out of paper error

Tried to print but the red light for PAPER OUT keep flashing .

Already inserted the paper but the problem still happen.

Please help me sad.gif

Sensor problem obviously. Did you insert the paper too far to the right? The sensor is on the left side.

I've already insert the paper on the left side. The light still keep flashing.

Don't know what to do. Pening sudah

I used to have that problem. I reinstalled the driver, and the matter is resolved smile.gif

Restart your printer and re-install printer driver, then test it.

The red flashing LED on the printer control panel is affected by the printer driver?

Wouldn't it be easier to disconnect the printer cable from the computer and restart the printer? The LED works even when not connected to a computer.

maybe something is blocking the paper path. try check the paper path.
