Hey guys, I have an Onza xbox controller that I just bought a month ago. all was fine and dandy till it started sticking. Or at least I think it is. I'm not sure what it is, but without moving the stick, the crosshair on the screen just moves downward. this is for the right joystick. Weird right?

Is that sticking, or something wrong with the controller. I'd hate to take it apart, but I will if it's necessary. It's annoying, always getting me killed in CoD. The default and normal controllers work fine, but I don't want my money spent to be wasted.

THnx

PS: If i have to take it apart, cn ya provide instructions pls? Thnx!

still under warranty then send it back for warranty claim lo
if u take it apart, you'll void d warranty, and there's nothing much you can do by taking it apart anyway

seems like many ppl have complain about the onza's quality hmm.gif

razor product quality isnt really good. The most reliable product is the offical xbox 360 controller. No matter how much i drop the damn thing it still works prefectly.

Try ask around in the hardware section in the razer thread as well, maybe they know about it.

damnit. The shop is all the way back in australia ;(. Bought it on holiday. I don't know when I can go back there, so can y'all give me instructions on how to take it apart n fix it? Or is there no fix, and it's premanently f**ked up.

And is this considered sticking? Thnx btw, for the replies

I think you can send it to Razer dealers here in Malaysia. Try checking with the dudes over at Razer thread or Razer themselves.
