if im not wrong, fos and brands outlet is taking all the reject stock from other's brand. As other brand have their own qc ... you can't blame much on brands outlet and fos as they selling discarded branded item at a cheaper price.

however, they are utilizing big space in major shopping mall especially foc and thus they have to sell at higher price a little bit. Even for FOS taking up space in times square or pyramid, their rental is as high up to 50 k already , havn't add in utilities and operation cost which can goes up to 100 k per month per outlet.

my opinion is eventhough they noe they selling rejected stock, thus for sure customer will complaint after buy it due to they never check when they buy. at this point they should train their staff to handle all this kind of situation.
