If u're talkin bout 4L bottle, yes. But if u collect the leftovers ~200ML each service, after about 20 services u'll get enough to service 1 time for free. But of course, that would mean u'll only benefit from it in say, the next 5-7 years? Usually Ppl keep the leftovers for top up whenever necessary.

That 207L is for cars.

the huge container u saw, that 1 is actually for commercial, not consumer use purpose. Car manufacturers may buy in tanks like that to fill up for their new car, or distributors getting it & repack it into smaller packages.
