currently using this proxy server.....the speed is extremely slow.....i doubt that it's was my BT causing this.....any idea?

i'm still using this proxy server 219.93.175.68:3128
recently found that it had become slower and slower...others who using same proxy with me.....do u have same experience with me? any ways so solve thos problem? Thanks. |

All proxy given doesn't work on my area....too bad..wondering higher speed..
