Hello, I'm new here. I don't really understand how this thing work. Can someone explain please?

Anyway, I have FF XIII-2 version ENG BCAS-20225. I've already got DLC 1,2,3 and 4. would really like to get the rest (5,6,7). how can I get it?
Any help would be much appreciated
