You could go to the Kuching GH, see the GPs at the outpatient
department, explain your condition and then ask for a referall
to a psychiatrist, preferably one who knows hypnosis (not all
are trained in this).

The psychiatrist could then treat you with drugs, counselling,
cognitive behavioural therapy and hypnosis.

Otherwise, the GP may in the meantime prescribe you some
mild anxiolytics like Ativan, Tranxene and Xanax. He may also
place you on an SSRI like Zoloft.

Anxiety is a common condition seen daily by these people.
