 [need HELP] Japan Car Radio FREQUENCY, Can MOD / Convert to MALAYSIAN Frequency

Hi guys , i have a Few japanese imported car - Estima , Alphard , Harrier , Wish etc

all of them running STOCK Original DVD radio system from toyota

So i wanna ask , Can i mod / convert the radio frequency into MALAYSIA style ?

japanese stile is from 76 - 90 only lol. So i only able to receive 3-5 malaysia channel from 87-90 only.
(Chinese channel only 88.1 and 89.3)

Anyone know who is pro in radio system ?

ps : i dun want change to those aftermarket radio system , somehow LOOKS NOT ORIGINAL and need to mod this and that . not nice..

just change whole headunit to local OEM or any other aftermarlket brands. problem solved. no need modding.

there were frequency modulator can be fit...
but u cant save the station with the actual frequency...

like this;

ERA station should be 103.3mhz

but by using the modulator/expander, the ERA Station will be save
in the number of 76-90mhz because that was only number available.

so, maybe ERA station in this japanese unit will be 88.0mhz(for example).

but, sure u can make it receive malaysian radio station
