What's your view on Viva Home? I expected it to be something like a one stop centre for all my renovation needs but a lot of things that I need are not available. Also, not satisfied with three of the companies that operate there. One of them give good sales talk but once you confirmed with them, their service is one of the worst in the market. One shows quality product in the showroom but actual product workmanship is a different story. Another is not honest at all and changes his offer or rather change his stand that there is no discount as soon as he sense that you are keen to buy. He will claim that the discount he gives earlier is for another product even though you are talking with him on a single product only.
Your view? Am sure there are some good products or companies there.

the wallpaper company sells quite good quality wallpaper from Korea but their price is a bit on the high side.
Good thing is they'll bring the catalogue to your house to find a suitable wallpaper for you.
Maybe it's just sales talk

I did not like it. I felt it was there to push expensive and inefficient companies and brands.

The idea and concept is great but the participants are poor. Ive heard that the management is afraid to collect rent from tenants, no joke.
Location is ok, access is great, got IT and Telecom center and MBO summore but still cant pull the crowd.beats me.
Really hope Viva could pull through.

The kind of crowd they target isn't exactly the mass. Eventually, when times go bad, you will see them readjust their expectations. It isn't exactly cheap, as once thought so.

A place to window shop only. It is not a Low Yat Plaza where you can get good price for IT stuff, VIVA is not the equivalent to furniture bargains.
