Wow their training programmes look kinda vague. If you need guidance, I'd suggest browsing the self-help section in any major bookstore. They're as effective and much cheaper, unless you hate to read.

I used to have a friend back in University who attended something like this but what I found disturbing was the fact that she tried to pull the rest of us in. She tried very, very hard. It was like she got brainwashed into a MLM slave, except that it wasn't MLM. I don't know what happened either but she looks sane nowadays. tongue.gif

i got a few options, pay myself, pay by my company employee's softskill training fund which just fit right into it as RM5k per executive per yr
or my family.

one thing, am sure this course will definitely be good, at some way... but if its so good, why is it only in Asia
Looking at the website only available HK, Taipei, Spore, KL etc

if its so good, wouldnt it be global?

Maybe it's because a lot of Asians have very high expectations which might explain why we need to attend 'motivational' talks when we're depressed? It's almost the same as parents sending their kids to those so-called educational bootcamps where they 'teach' you how to focus better in exams etc. It's become a very lucrative business.

damn..i become lucah..after thinkign about tifa..

anyway,
it's pointless to join this kinda course.

what do u learn?
they don't teach u how to make money,

or how to be succesful,

it's like paying rm2k to ppl to encourage u and motivate u.

or it's like paying ppl to make u from depress to happy.

TS for your particular question...

These kinda training involve psychology, mind mapping and if not define clearly, it will be misunderstood as "brain washing" or worse still "cult". So its only safe operating in Asian Countries, they will risk court case of people suing them manipulate people's mind and brainwashing.

But of course, Mat Salleh also got their own types of trainings in this genre. Heard of Tony Robbins? That is Mat Salleh version of these type of training. Its more open & content is not a "secret" like Asiaworks.

hope this help

Got a friend also keep on bugging me about this, and invite me again and again to join it.
I don't know, but it sounds kinda fishy to me.

guys, i attended the basic and advanced. what can i say about it? well its good in ways that it sort of jump starts your engine.

now the downsides, the course is freaking expensive, no refunds and if u miss a day you're out of the course . besides that, the way they conduct the trainings are quite worrying sometimes. i only went there because it was free and i didnt had to pay a single cent as it was sponsored by the company. does it gives u hope? yes. Does it make you any more successful in work? Not at all imo. Throughout the two trainings, I've seen many people who are mentally weak literally being brainwashed to the extent you can't recognize.

On the other hand, I am glad I was mentally strong or stubborn enough to not be entirely swayed by their methods, i just sat there and stone for days thinking about stuff outside the course. Throughout the course, they would sway you into emotional roller coasters where they make you feel really low and depressed (i actually cried and i dont know how they made me) and then suddenly make u feel good. After the course, some people totally give up on their normal life and just focus on their friends from asiaworks and eventually even work for them. some of them just became lost in their asiaworks and turn into a state of delusion.

my advice though, if ure made by ur boss or company to attend this, attend it with a positive mind to motivate and improve yourself. Try to think of some good story which would sound like your life secret and use it as a topic of discussion in the course. However, please still have a sense of intelligence in your brain and reject the nonsense internally. Also, sometimes, just go with the flow and do what people do otherwise if you try anything funny they (the trainers and your asiaworks "mates" are probably gonna haste you into some crazed brain corruption (personal experience of being a rebel in the course). . After each training , (basic, advanced and LP, you will have some post meeting which is basically them forcing you to join the next course). The thrid level is LP, which is really just a load of bollocks, nothing to improve you and just an extension of a marketing strategy of Asiaworks to make u get people to join asiaworks, MLM much? They will make the place look totally happy and high and everyone would somehow join the LP and the situation make you feel bad if u don't join. However by this time, I thought of a brilliant excuse and totally screwed it, I'm out of asiaworks, no more.

Oh yea, though if you survive all these brainwashing, you do get to meet a lot of well, demotivated problematic people, and also normal people. Now I have virtually two groups of friends from there, one group which is still high on asiaworks crack where I have to be careful on what I say and the other group who have woken up from their dream or are unaffected by their dream where I can have a drink like a normal person. However, if you are lucky, you're gonna get to meet lots and lots of well sexually frustrated, problematic and rather good looking girls, which means lots and lots of sex. thumbup.gif

Still, my advice, if u have a choice, avoid it. Just go find the hooker.

I know few people who went to shitty expensive seminars like this just for the sex brows.gif i guess in some ways they're still on asiaworks crack whistling.gif

anyways you don't need to pay so much (and so much more later if you kena the hook) for someone to beat the shit out of you, mentally only for them to pujuk you later. you have your parents for that, and it's free.

Its not a good place, lots of psychology mind control going on. My advice, don't go in there. Too many mind games. Check out this video, its somewhat similar to basic of Asiaworks. (The scolding, the humiliating, the crying, its all the same).
