i just check on the map .. yes.. from 2250rpm to 2500 .. the ignition timing is suddenly much more aggressive.. i think that causes the knock (some cars) ..

see which day u free.. come over my place (must be i free also la) .. then i retune that part we go have a ride.. until the knocking sound not there anymore... then we name it version 1.5 ... whistling.gif ... COPYCAT will tell u .. it is NORMAL ge la .. whistling.gif

lee.. just double check original mapping ... the stock one.. from 2250 to 2500 rpm .. the ingition went much aggressive also .. that could explain the possible knock .. the AFR (during Dyno .. ) is the over 13 at that range...

i think i retart the timing there a bit shd solve the issue..

Guys.. these are the useful information i need u guys to feedback .. so we have MORE version .. COPYCAT style : drive a while more .. no problem ge la

i mean i check the STOCK MAP d .. it goes suddenly aggresive at 2500rpm .. thats possible to explain the knocking..

its good .. more value for remap ma.. fix stock knocking issue

diff extractor will actually push the powerband differently.. example stock one have max torque at 4k rpm .. and max horse at 5.5k .. a long 4-1 might push the band higher.. maybe 4.5k max torque and 6k for max hp..

means ur final output is at higher Rev d.. higher rev translate to higher top speed..

in the other way.. 4-2-1 will push the power band lower.. comes earlier.. good for city drive.. more power means better fc.. but max power rpm might be lower thus reducing top speed..

So Kenny, for me i prefer higher power @ lower rpms which is why i figured 421 is suited for me.

But am I right that, if I mod now, my default top speed has reduced?
What about your ECU remapping? need to reconfigure oso?

ash..it wont bill till extend need to overhaul.. i thinl they need to clear the fuel line.. must be as clean as posible. the injector as well.. be prepare to change the expensivee plugs too
