after the news of jalil city and wct going to launch in bj, the price of 520/sqft for this location seems more reasonable...

wat u guys think?

though address is not bj but location wise is ok...considering close to jalil city then become very ok liao...

i think 520/sqft now is much acceptable...

I not sure whether the address of Bkt Jalil is very important but to compare to Bkt Serdang, I think so.  Up to the serious buyers to comment and decide because I didn't study about this project but heard a lot of rumors and fantasy of this COG ...

I don't mind it selling RM 500 or RM 900 or even RM 1,200 with BJ address, it might has it selling point to it's price tag and of course I cant afford it. But when I met my friend who was under this COG discussion with one of the agent, my eyes were popped up to see the GSC, Chanel, LV would be the retailer by the arrangement of the developer ... I pop up because I feel happy and serious, this BJ is gonna to be next Bkt Bintang, no?

Anyhow, I checked with Chanel and LV management officers who I know, they were laughed to hear this and quickly said no such arrangement and dismissed it. Even Chanel rejected The Gardens proposal and Pavillion proposal ( due to Chanel at Starhill Gallery and Pavillion has no more corner lot for them )
