since the entire concept of COG not bad and the response so GOOD ( mentioned by all the agents)... wonder why still hard sell before the launch and some more market the location at Bukit Jalil...

Just say out in Bukit Serdang laaaa...if the project good...no need afraid no buyer... The Sanderson response was good also what...
