This project sounds like a scam from beginning. Those agent promoting this project giving false informations by claiming the retailer lots has been grabbed by big name such as Tiffany & Co and etc despite nothing is erected yet. This means it could be scam by attract quick selling and run your money away.

Can't imagine developer is trying to sell above $500/sqft for Serdang. Buyers know Serdang will not catch this price as per now, probably after few years time it may happen so they throw all the big names as tenants for this project. People must be dreaming that someone is going to pay $3000 to stay at Serdang. Ask yourself if you willing to fork out 3k staying at this area or COG and you will answer your own question. The surrounding cities which at much better locations such as BJ and Puchong are rented under $3k and what makes this conjob can command 3k?
