In KPKT can see BJ HOMES DEVELOPMENT SDN BHD listed in the "SENARAI PEMAJU GAGAL MENJELASKAN KOMPAUN SEHINGGA 28 FEBRUARI 2013"...

hmm...
the says of "Subsales goes lower..."... but the subsales of villa park...villa pavilion in Bukit Serdang also doing quite well right ?.? ( just wondering only .. i'm not sure... ) |

ok lar... price drop or rise .. how about for those who buy for own stay one ( non-investment purpose )...: location still not bad right ... deep inside, quiet, cozy ... provided if there is no new road linked to outside ( e.g. MEX..etc ) what you guys think ? |

my two cents....
If buy own stay : - i dun mind if there is no road for car from TPM -> COG.. as i prefer quiet place... - i dun mind if there is pedestrian walk TPM->COG or not, is better don't. Coz it will make COG become another Areana Green... If for buy rent out : - then you will need both the above..especially the pedestrian walk.. If you sure 100% there will be a pedestrian walk at least ... then go ahead lor :P A question to the rest....just wonder if anyone signed the SNP two years ago ? Did the SNP mentioned : - the unit will be completed in xx months ? - OR the unit wil be completed by a <date> ? |
