VillaPavilion, Villa Park don't seem to hv so many overseas students these days, unsure bout expats. COG's location doesn't seem worth that price. 2.5 storey near COG 3-4 yrs back sold at 400k only. this 500sq ft seems a lil over priced. they r building some shopping units around but... guess monkeys will be the only customers???
