wow...look like many negative point on this COG .... I almost make a decision to buy 1 unit of studio...now....on hold 1st ......aiya....

what makes u tarik balik ? i had visited the site too, it is located next to a car park....slightly lower level than the car park....at the mean time, no apparent access road to the site, they claim it will be in front the car park, and another will be from the villa park there... last week, when I ask those agent, they all claim Block A all finished, and no more....and all studio n 1000sqft also sold out, but these 2days, I received many sms and call from agent, many unit released.... studio n 1000sqft units have already...seem a few buyers tarik diri ?

I still wondering this project can invest ? since many negative feedback here about the developer...

at least the 3rd company BJH no bad record ma ...haha....1/3 chance is ok ! 2/3 is got probolem...so....up to the buyer to justify ...

selangor now is PKR govt, KL is still under federal govt....haha...impossible to settle la i think ...

agreed if with that price, better go IOI skypod, more safe.... starting from RM383k, every 1 floor higher , add RM3k.... RM431k can get 11 floor ..ha....

this COG, until to date, the website still : 403 Forbidden .... don't tell me, the developer don't even have money to build a proper website....

I heard that they don't even have AP for selling, but already selling n collecting deposit from buyers...this is not right....

last time I can see everyday in the classified under chinapress, the front page always can see the agency was promoting this projects....but they never mentioned cog, they just claim a huge project in bukit jalil...near tpm..lol....now never see any already...

there must be something behind the scene... suddenly everything became so silent on this projects.... b4 this, still heard there are some buyers already paid booking fees to agent.... I wonder the buyer have already got refund....
nowadays, b4 make deposit for investment, really need to check properly the developer background b4 go into it....
