As long as its under HDA and the booking fee collect by developer shall full refund if any cancelation prior SPA sign otherwise developer are violated the housing ordinance. Regardless any T&C written by developer are not applicable. Not? Correct me if am wrong.

If registered real estate agency as stakeholder, yes they will charge some admin fees. If developers lawyer as stakeholder, they can't charge any fees unless SPA been signed then 1% of the deposit sum will be forfeit.

Handle by agent doesn't mean they are appointed as stakeholder for booking fee. Some developer insist use their lawyer as stakeholder. Scared agent run away after collect booking fee. blush.gif
