location not bad but developer track record no good. too high density. they good in squeeze profit to the max.

If u want to gang him. He just stay behind the 4 faces Buddha landmark near kuchai. Last time he want to con a jap guy to buy the famous haunted bangalow house behind the 4 face buddha. At the end the jap found out n reject the offer. He got no choice n flatten the house n let it expose under.the sun. Rebuild it again. N whole family stay there until now. He can even con the ghost. Don't play pray.

Don't buy now.. Later Subsale even cheaper. Macam bukit oug. Launch 120k for 700sf.. After VP. Drop till 80k. After 10 years now sudah naik banyak banyak.

Just wait for subsale man... A no eye see project.

Not true. TPM don't let u simply cut thru. This place ada few hubs and building very important. most big corps data stall here. So don't hope so much ada jalan. More like dreaming if ada road cut thru TPM.. Maybe open small road for u Jalan kaki. N will close gate n cannot access after certain hour.

If only can access tpm by jalan kaki n the access will tutup in certain hour. Make sure u come back in time. If tutup jialat Liao. Sibeh Long long walk. Macam Cinderella...times up. Gotta go...before everything too late.

This I dunno Liao. Last time datuk personally bring my friend go c the site. Keep convince my friend to buy. Said TPM just next to it. Blah blah blah. Not only LV will come in. Heard also Hermes, Vxxx brand also. Car got Bentley, Ferrari open show room. and 7 stars fine dinning restaurant will be here too. Jason food hall will be open here as well. Also private road access to TPM only for COG resi. Geng! Wakakaka. Those no buy sure regrets big time.

this developer almost can on par with talam... almost.... mean sibeh teruk and almost as teruk as talam

one of their very very early project is the jialat deep inside shoplots next to akisama oug parklane. that area mati kau kau more than 10+ years. sibeh rundown.

end product already like shit. how to market?
all the first buyers rugi money when buying their properties. the product doesn't worth it.
subsale can even get cheaper than launch price.
