Any buyers here would like to clarify? Just wonder why people still go and buy this property before seeing any show unit? Really thinking of this may probably a scam.

Agreed. Suddenly it's so quite. Normally, the project with this scale would be promoted heavily. Something is very fishy here.

I always pass by the Selangor Turf Club@racecourse and don't see any structure of any building. Are they building a show unit next to Palace of Golden horses?

Do you have a map showing how the road will be built? Some said will connect to Jalan Cemara but some said otherwise.
If COG is seriously want to attract the visitors to their permit, why they don't just build the road connect deeper inside?
Afterall, it's just couple meters always unless it's land acquisition issue or affordability to developer.

I found it strange that if the road was not connect to inner part of VP. The connection would enable the COG to capture the visitors
