frankly, mental stuff is better for you to learn how to look at things on a different perspective.

Worst case, die. Not that bad, you're still alive and handle the thing you faced truthfully. Trust me, i'd thought about suicide and rethink that it ain't that bad to live on either. Nothing is worst than death.

Live a fruitful and happening life smile.gif Think positive and look at the bright side will help. No doubt, everyone does have their dark side but then again, it's there to remind us so that we do not induce such ideas to our future generations.

Talk to friends if needed and your family members if they help. If they are the ones that are causing problems to you, then seek other opportunities. Maybe take time off and go away for a while to cool your head down.

It all boils down to your thought. Think too much, psychiatrist earns your money and you live a tragic life after all the medication. Learn to see the brighter side of things, it's free and you are happier smile.gif. Your choice.
