am using IDM, if http download i can get 1mb/s + when ftp max only 200kb/s or lower... how come...  |

Well, too early for good news; the same error occurs again >.<
I just leave it auto-refresh while I search for some torrent on Internet. Then suddenly it stop refreshing by itself and the logger displays the same error.
