Bluetooth mouse/keyboard doesn't work. I tested on the OTG adapter, wired usb keyboard n mouse works like a charm

Positron is someone in this particular tread. Go search the name and read the person's comments.

Then get a HTC chacha if your needs are easily met.
I'm planning to get one too for social networking/whatsapp/gtalk/email and whatever other messaging needs I have.

Are you sure its the same phone - check the IMEI?
And to install chinese language typing is just downloading an app from the market.

Best you get a jig to force download mode and flash over a ROM.

Go watch some video reviews on it.

And what type of games? lol it can run angry birds no problem but the screen is small compared to the monitor on the sgs2.

Lumia 800 is a good choice is my opinion, great build quality and  a great and polished OS, which has potential to beat iOS(but not android since wp7 and android aims are different). Considering ur use, I think lumia 800 would be a great choice. Suggest u don't get single core android smart phones, as I feel android needs quite some horsepower to run smoothly. Hopefully I don't kena bomb for this

That shop is really irresponsible, such a simple thing also can mess up why don't u go ask the shop fix  for u? Its suppose to be user problem, shop solve, not shop problem, user  solve try buying a jig and force the phone into download mode and flash the correct firmware for it
