Why my phone does not support software upgrade by kies? I buy 2nd hand phone..

I still learn about android..but the previous owner root this phone..then when I want to buy,I ask him to install stock firmware..but I don't know why this phone not supported by kies..

europe?no wonder I cannot use kies..thanks benny and all guy for helping me..I hope it is easy to use ODIN..
