Lumia 800 is a good choice is my opinion, great build quality and  a great and polished OS, which has potential to beat iOS(but not android tongue.gif since wp7 and android aims are different). Considering ur use, I think lumia 800 would be a great choice. Suggest u don't get single core android smart phones, as I feel android needs quite some horsepower to run smoothly. Hopefully I don't kena bomb for this whistling.gif

That shop is really irresponsible, such a simple thing also can mess up doh.gif why don't u go ask the shop fix  for u? Its suppose to be user problem, shop solve, not shop problem, user  solve doh.gif try buying a jig and force the phone into download mode and flash the correct firmware for it
*
Sadly it doesn't have a front camera for skype sad.gif If it has, I think it would be perfect for me and if the price is cheap la tongue.gif

Hmm, I was always hearing about the ability to cancel or change permissions of apps after root..
But I've already rooted, so now how to change permissions?
Is it using a special app?
*
duh.you need a license for that.then you need ask the dev to give you the key to change.then only you can change

Yes, it's true the S2 non-G version can last about 6 days if left idle.
I used this app to prove the impossible..

Whats the point of leaving everything off except the device itself?
Why not just turn it off? Then the battery can easily last 2 weeks before totally discharging. lol

Funny. Though I see your point, I don't think anyone is interested. If you want to leave it to discharge and not touching it, better buy 3310 shakehead.gif

You buy phone to use not for show right? doh.gif

The note just got launched in the US, the S2 has been there for a while.
Pacify the existing users before they start cursing.

Guys, help. I accidentally deleted /emmc and now I can't do anything to bring back the ROM. What do I do?

Yes, I'm a noob, haha. What do I do now? Heard it's a pretty big mistake.

Added on February 11, 2012, 2:14 pmFormatted /emmc through CWM, I should say. Now, no files are detected in CWM.
