I recently bought a RP255 multi-effects pedal. X-Edit was having problems installing for me, so I found out that the patch files were plain XML, so I made a simple Android app to load these patch files! (But you'd have to dial them in manually.) Both images are clickable. (Yeah I know DigiTech loves iOS what with their iPB-10... so I thought I'd represent on the Android side.) I also plan to make my app support other DigiTech RP multi-effects pedals also - PM me if you'd like to help! (I also tried downloading other brands' patches but those aren't human-readable...) QUOTE(zzzxtreme @ Feb 7 2012, 04:24 PM) hmmm how do you connect it ? nice if there's version for GSP1101 C63 firmware version and with user cabinet impulse response loader er, i dont think he connect the android to the effect processor, all he do is, to load the patch file, view the setting and manually dial the setting on the effect processor.

Thanks bshen92! Langiler: I tried opening a Zoom patch file and it was all gibberish so... that would be a fair amount of work to figure out what is what. zzzxtreme: Langiler has it spot on - you manually dial it. That said, I don't know where you can find a USB Type B (on the RP255) to USB Micro B cable (on most Androids)... this would only be somewhat possible on say, an Asus Eee Pad Transformer dock, which has USB Type A (the standard one). Admittedly I do make apps on a Transformer at work but that's the company's property. If I did figure out the USB protocol (or read the source of http://desowin.org/gdigi/) then that opens a whole can of worms, in that it shouldn't be just a viewer... WHOA. I think I'll just concentrate on adding support for other pedals slowly for now.

I've updated the app to version 1.1, which adds beta support for the RP155 and RP250. If you've got one of these, and you find the patch files to have missing values, send me a PM!
