the so called "wall" facing outside/outdoor or is it indoor ?

Timber stud or steel stud with plasterboard. that could also do the trick.

The installation is the same as plasterboard, just that this is harder and water resistant.

have a check @Bandar Utama condo, the Ceta. they use a kind of partition which I see is quite practical. they even have the brochure of the partition @ the lobby. can't remember the brand though.
