Topup is like sometime the items is exceed the estimated weight let say 3 kg then u hv to add a bit postage fees.

Refund is sometime the items when i buy that time got special discount or Guangzhou postage got discount or the air freight courier company didn't classified SUPRA as Branded then i will refund the extra.
