anyone know if Honda Civic 2012/2013 (current model FB)the rear H emblem size are same with either Honda Jazz or Honda insight or Honda CR-Z?
(i want to buy the blue sheet for my Honda Civic Hybrid from a website by Japanese, as u know this gen Civic r not selling in Japan, so this gen Civic r not stated in the list but Honda Jazz & Honda insight & Honda CR-Z one have stock.)

i am one of the honda civic fb owner. be glad if anyone could offer your opinion. i have this problem after bought my civic for about 5 months. while driving, the car just didn't want to accelerate after i press paddle few times. when the car slow down, the body was jerking and suddenly engine dead. luckily i was at the roadside. few indicator light were on when the engine dead. i tried to start few times, but the car cannot start. then after waited for few minutes and restart again the car, then only the engine on. this is the third times it happens. hv u experience the same thing? if yes just would like to know what could be the problem. I'm quite concern cause I'm using it for long distance and with family. what u suggest me to do? hope to get your reply and opinion. thanks in advance..

Nowadays, mostly the vehicle is control by computer board (main brain)
I experience this once in my previous Vios when I did jump start with old roadside helper but fail
Aft that, I go & buy new battery & DIY
Aft all, the car get crazy a while until I sent to Toyota service centre to tune it back.

Your case, I suspected main board damage & it is crazy a while.
I met a person (brain tumour) & he sometimes OK sometimes KO (even though after the operation)
Mostly he is KO now, like ur FB, many lite indicator go crazy
your FB also suspected like that, just send to Honda & complaint kaokao bcoz under warranty

Most probably your ECU.
Go and check at service centre lor.

the first time i sent, they suspect due to paddle lock that i put at brake paddle. that i put at accessories but suggested by honda salesman. so, already removed. the second time it happen, they did reset the edu, the trouble code and that's all, according to them nothing is wrong..no charge. then it happen again the third time, this time i was driving at third lane…luckily the traffic was not heavy, i managed to stop at roadside before it suddenly dead..plan to send to honda again but if they keep on saying the same thing, what u all suggest me to do? any opinion? really feel headache with this problem, coz I'm planning for long distance travel with family. afraid the same thing happen again, quite dangerous lah, suddenly cannot accelerate then engine just die off like that.

Honda service centre normally opearated by dealer
Their mechanic is not a profesional at all, just service minor2 parts only
Example, changing filter, lubricant, small, small part
The best thing is they like to blame & switch when they can't handle
Example, if they do not know how to dance, they ll blame uneven floor, even though floor is even.

Paddle lock (locktech) is a MUST & they should provide us FREE when we spend so much cash on their vehicle.
Without lock, if your FB being stolen, they ll tell u, yes... our Civic is popular, everyone want, and Y u don't buy a lock?

This is serious problem. I m not sure which SC you take. Those small SC don't have enough equipment to check. There try to bullshit to avoid major claim.

Try to bang their table and raise your voice. 3rd time and still tell you no problem? Ask them to log in to the car ECU. Their pc should be able to tell the history alarm of what happen. Those small SC don't have such equipment.

It is very hard to find a table in Honda SC
If there is a table also not empty, bcoz they ll put many things on the table
Instead of bang the table, they ll feel thretened when u put AX on their table, don't through life bullet, else sure fainted
