Congrats for Howard Webb, what a man of the match performance. It's inevitably isn't it? to see the result coming that way when first you see Howard Webb on the starting line up instead of Chris Foy. Well, the latter might not be a bad option as well for SAF.

QUOTE(ericling @ Feb 6 2012, 02:02 PM) Alright, shocking result really. I didn't watch the game, was in hometown yesterday. What was happening actually? so u missed Mata amazing goal? rugi wor..What formation were we playing and were we creating chances? Internet is so slow today, i guess i gotta wait for a long time before i can watch the highlights i guess, we did pretty good considering that we haven't been in our best of form recently. honestly, before the match start a draw result would be hugely appreciated. not taking anything away from MU, they show a lot more hunger to get a comeback. the typical "never write them off until the final whistle" statement is again proving a point. the team only had themselves (and Howard Webb) to blame for not holding the unexpected 3-0 lead. De Gea save for Mata freekick and Cahill long range effort deserve a shout too. anyway, i jizzed when Mata volleyed that ball from Nando cross. QUOTE(dundermifflin @ Feb 8 2012, 10:42 AM) dont know whether this thing pointed out or not.. yeah, it quite similar when Wayne Bridge get booed last time. Benayoun also getting harsh reception in his cameo against Malaysian XI. That's shown that the westerner civilization were not any better than us too, don't they? But hey, they were human after all and and speaking of different level, how come MU fans chanted "Racist Suarez" in the match against Fulham at Craven Cottage? why some fans booed Ferdinand? i think it's disgrace for Chelsea FC.. fans often booing oppositions for no reason, or silly reason.. but this is entirely worst at different level.. just because Rio is a brother of Anton, alleged victim of racist on Terry's case.. |

what a poor performance. this is by far the worst performance i can recall for the past 4-5 years. no hunger and fighting spirit, lack team work.
lampard has been very2 slow. torres getting very little service. and the defense, what a joker luiz and bosingwa. really frustrating man. i can't desribe how clueless AVB, the players and all the coaching staff. do they only practiced passing? passing here passing there without idea, without penetration no support and all. |

when u have bunch of talent in your disposal yet u fail to deliver at least half the expectation. with the amount you've been paid. there's no excuse, u deserved to get fired. that's how football work these day. it's bout business, when Managing Director didn't meet the board expectation he will get his ass off soon too.

QUOTE(HumbleCMY @ Feb 15 2012, 10:58 AM) I kesian these players actually, people making joke of you trying your best in your career. the best curse i'd say Michael Ballack. haven't won any major trophy either for international or club level. what pity for legend like him.Just like those that say Torres has a curse that any club he joins become trophyless. |

QUOTE(FLampard @ Feb 15 2012, 11:10 AM) world cup final lost by 2 goals to brazil yes. domestically he won FA but get stretched off (unable to finish the match) and Premier League. champions league final lost by a slip from john terry kesian indeed, and hes the most passionated player on the field... but i thought ballack won the FA cup ??? was he also with us the season anchelotti won premier league? But, he also lost UCL in Leverkusen shirt when Zidane volleyed the winner. lost Euro Final when Torres chipped the ball past Lehman. |

chill. we must take on Birmingham first. i feel uneasy when we up against a rather small team. we actually did decent job against top team but always to snatch a victory against lesser team.

QUOTE(reez_haris @ Feb 18 2012, 10:28 PM) i admire your loyalty mang. but seriously, we play like no system. just playing pure basic football with all the passing without idea.judging by Ron Gourlay and Chris Buck, i reckon the time will come soon for AVB. |

QUOTE(chitchat @ Feb 20 2012, 01:24 PM) LOL i will say is about time those boos come in, D-D-L-D and the last was a championship team, fans deserve to voice their dissatisfaction, they deserve to tell AVB that they dont like what they are seeing, and seriously they paid those pricey ticket and the team performance was worse than a championship team, there is nothing to cheer about really. well said bro.JM or not, at the moment i am not going to support AVB blindly with the current football he is playing. Sure he still on the job, but he will need major improvement on the field to gain back those support. Those clueless football is really pain to see. Oh yea dont rate us with ARSENAL (sorry ARSENAL fans), the past few years we have been a top 2 team, favorite to go head to head with MANU for EPL title and not fighting 4th spot. You would not want a long standing manager like MOYES and be like EVERTON. The truth is most ARSENAL fans would not mind WENGER is chop and be replace by a new manager after 7 years trophyless but their board are just happy with the way WENGER run thing so the club can keep earning 20m profit per season for the directors. Fans have no choice but "in WENGER we trust". |

QUOTE(Kerplunk @ Feb 20 2012, 04:24 PM) Completely agree with u on that one, it was shocking and a pathetic display of how NOT to support your team in times of distress. I heard it was initially started by the birm fans but then sections of the home crowd started to join in. Imagine that..both sets of supporters combining to condemn the team, utterly disgraceful. It also proves that just because u go to the Bridge every week, it doesn’t necessarily make u a ‘better’ fan. i guess "spoilt" is a strong word and inappropriate to explain your point which I'm totally understood and i think certainly valid. However, i reckon it's not about the fans being spoilt, rather the fans were frustrated with the string of bad performances. it's not bout the result although that surely adding the fuel to the fire. Chelsea was expected to win against this kinda lesser club such as Birmingham. We're not fielding a second team for god sake. There's millions pound of player on the field yet they played like a 3rd division league. We frustrated with the way we play. Even we managed to bagged three goals against MU, overall does we play decent football? No. How exactly does chanting the name of an ex-manager help the players? How does it help AVB and the dire situation? Bloody ridiculous. I still find it funny how the JM loyalists are continually crying out for him to come ‘home’ (as if). He’s spoken frankly about the Chelsea and inter situation, where he effectively told both sets of fans to support their own coach because although they shared something great in the past and he loved both Chelsea and inter, they need to move on. Basically it translates to ‘I’m not planning on revisiting old ground in the future, so man up , deal with it and get behind the team.’ Too many Chelsea fans are spoilt by the success we’ve enjoyed under roman and they expect to win trophies every season nowadays. Arguably this precedent was set by the owner himself when he gave jose the boot and a general feeling of impatience/intolerance towards any string of bad results has spread to the fans as well. But after enduring this vicious managerial cycle countless times, surely a new way of progressing as a club has to take place and I believe this must be combined with a higher level of patience among everyone involved with Chelsea fc from the fans, through the club’s staff, board and up to the owner. and pointing the finger on the fans alone is not fair, anyone notice how our super Frank react by the time he was bout to sub in? His body language was so obvious. Even Frank are not happy with the way AVB and his team handle the whole squad. I can't see anyone from whole team play with a smile on their face. not even Danny Boy when he scored. |
