Maybe this is how Chelsea would be eversince Roman took over, we cant compare with other club that have manager that manage a team over 10 years period, because we are different, our boss are different.

Maybe we shld treat Chelsea as an national team where team coach change more often than club level , sad to say but this is how we are now, accept it or not your still a blue.
