Congratulations Real Madrid. I know it's a little late, but still...

Congrats for:

- winning a clean league with very fair calls and completely non-controversial....the refs that never helped Madrid by sending off oppositon players when Madrid got difficulties in winning matches....the refs for awarding Madrid's opponents( Valencia, Betis) penalties for clear handballs and not awarding Barca unintentional handball at Espanyol.

- having a president that never got appointed some position in the Spanish Federation a year ago....A president that never blacklist a ref, who he thinks makes his team lost, from refereeing his team's future matches.

- having a coach full of class and respect for others....a coach that never goes to the parking lot to intimidate the refs....a coach(and president as well) that never makes the refs worried about losing their highly-paid job during such difficult economic times in Spain.

- having players like CR7, Ozil, Di Maria, Marcelo, Pepe, Ramos who are all classy, honest, never dives in every single matches, no brutal tackles and no elbowing....Players with very good characters that should remain on the pitch all the time and never be red-carded, full credit to the refs in this.

- medias all over the world talking about Mourinho winning the league title at Bilbao and never about Guardiola's farewell in his last match at Camp Nou.

- being a Madrid fan. You must be very proud of this team and Mourinho,in particular, for winning this clean untainted league and stopping the legend Pep Guardiola from winning his 4th consecutive league title by legal ways.

Failed cynicsm will not help Barcelona win the liga, my friend. Last year you won, and not without some controversy and criticism, and the same goes with us this year, we won the league with hardwork and patience. The controversy is always there when you compete at the highest level, and will continue next season. So when will this stop? Congratulating honestly, is that so hard? Real (i mean true) football fan may argue while the season still got something to fight for, but when its over and the winner emerges, they congratulate each other and hope to be back next season battling again. Cheers, man.

Added on May 11, 2012, 7:56 amAnd personally I dont like that man Mourinho, but the fact is, he won almost every major league in europe, except germany. Gotta give him some credit la i think.

There will always be controversy in football, yes. Sometimes you feel they're fair and you get help, but at times they're unfair and against you. This season, however, is very weird and different. In almost every league round, the refs just have to screw things up. We're screwed for one WHOLE season. Your president getting/buying himself a position in the RFEF just made things worse.

I've no problem congratulating teams when we're trully and deservedly beaten like in season 06/07 and 07/08. Some of our players got complacent and thought they'll always be on top without needing to work hard, and some even partying every night. There were SOME controversies in SOME matches that season, but I never blame the refs cuz it was just a few matches that did not have a huge influence on the league title. This season, we worked hard, we've tried our best, but sadly we weren't 'allowed' to fight for it. We'll see if things continue the same way next season.

I used to respect Madrid, but with Mourinho now, it's impossible. No one would, bar Madridistas and his blind followers. It's really not that difficult to win when you can buy all the best players with unlimited amount of money the owners/presidents have, plus some defensive-counter attacking knowledge one has. Even, City won the EPL. No big deal.

Anyway, nice talking to you. Having seen some of your post, you're one of the reasonable ones. Outta here, cheers! cheers.gif

Haha, I guess we deserved that. You have your own opinions about what goes on in the league when we win, as well as we do when you win. But please do all these ranting in your own thread/your own blog. I would really appreciate if you respect our own place and not give Barca fans a bad name.
