Haha, Penalty for Barca against Milan n Levante although technically can be considered as fouls, would nt be given most of the time in other matches....
We could have had few of those against Valencia last week.... |

QUOTE(nouruddines @ Apr 15 2012, 10:06 AM) He's as bad as a professional player can be. No matter what's his reason is, I still find it's hard to accept the way he played in this season. Lass made a better RB than him. That says a lot. His positioning is weak. Pepe covered the space left by him several times. The 1st goal was his fault. He was not at his place, not just once but most of the time, he were everywhere but his place. Then the silly clumsy clearance in front of casillas, the stupid dribbling that gave away possession cheaply and of course his crossings. Sigh. I'm gonna cut him some slack and say that he's tired from all the matches. That's all. No point in bashing him anymore. QUOTE QUOTE(jakal sombong @ Apr 15 2012, 09:28 AM) we should be 6 point ahead. another weird penalty given. im starting to believe that spain is half as bad as china in terms of corruption in football. Actually, it's harsh but, it's still a penalty and even if it's soft or whatever, we all know, that the referee is the one at fault and kinda stupid in La Liga. Can't blame the teams. The RFEF should be abolished. Hope we can import some German referees, they're good, lenient and at least they tried to make rational calls. We could have had few of those against Valencia last week.... Lets not go on a ranting spree now... Well deserved win, good comeback, some good touches, some more bad ones too. I liked that the players were actually running into the penalty box instead of waiting outside trying to go head on with the sporting back line.

Seriously if you do follow Bundesliga, you'll probably understand that their refereeing standard is way above other top European leagues. That's my personal opinion. |

Hmm there's no need come in here to bash eachother.
Maybe coentrao can take the RB slot in el-classico? This post has been edited by mrkenn: Apr 15 2012, 09:47 PM |

QUOTE(Lionel10Messi @ Apr 15 2012, 09:40 PM) u are the only 1 whining here. only losers blame referees. See, now you started to response by insulting Real Madrid and the fan in their 'house'. This will get ugly. I assume that you are not new here so you should understand that when you're discussing something sensitive about the opposition, it'll be more comfortable if you can just do that within your circle rather than coming to the opposition's thread and giving an aggressive response that will lead to something bad. when both team meets, only 1 team came up with lunging tackles and flying kicks. Since you have good manners and mature enough, I'm quite sure you can understand my concern over this particular stuff. QUOTE(mrkenn @ Apr 15 2012, 09:44 PM) Hmm there's no need come in here to bash eachother. It's more like Coentrao will get a nod for the game against Bayern (Marcelo tend to push forward and leave the space behind him open. It'll be ugly for us since Robben will be playing there). Maybe coentrao can take the RB slot in el-classico? They were well know for their flanks (Robben and Ribery) and given that Arbeloa is currently our weakness with his poor positional discipline, I'm predicting that Ribery will partner with Lahm to push both Arbeloa and most probably Di Maria further back at our own half place, limiting the threat and creating possible chance to lay in crosses for Gomez. On our left flank, there'll be Robben alone since their LB (most probably will be Rafinha) will be busy guarding Ronaldo. They will field their strongest attacking side against us since the 1st leg will be at Allianz Arena. Bastian is already fit enough to replace either one of the CM. Jupp Heynckes will seriously consider his service as he's proven to be crucial for Bayern's counter attack and high passing rate. Their most used line up in UCL ![]() Tactically, they're almost similar to us. Overall this season at home or away, Bayern attacked more on the left flank (40%) than their right (34%) and very few from the center (26%). They love to hold on to the ball more with 65% average possession at home and have 83% of successive passing rate which goes on to show their tendency to pass more and high level of understanding between their players. With or without Schweinsteiger, we have to hold on to the ball more and if we did just that, we are actually stopping Robben and Ribery from attacking and lessen their main threat. Regardless all the statistical percentage given, may I remind you guys that we will be facing a team that is very very close to play the UCL finale in their own stadium. If I am a Real Madrid player, that will be the sole reason for me to be overcautious against them. |

Battle of the two most attacking team in europe. Yeah i think bastian will start if he's fully fit. Either gustavo or tymoshchuk will not start if that happens.
Benzema should start anyway! need his attacking instinct. |

The statistic tells a different story.
UEFA Champions League record: 24 matches, 109 Yellow Cards, 4 Sending-Offs Record with the involved teams: Bayern München: 5 matches (4 CL, 1 EL), 1 Win, 2 Draws, 2 Defeats (including CL final 2010) Real Madrid: 2 matches (2 CL), 1 Win, 1 Draw This post has been edited by gto87: Apr 16 2012, 12:07 AM |
