my bad. posted wrong info. that was retail shop lots.
So SOHO only 500sf and 613sf.

Kindly look at the floor plan and interior design.
Open concept, utilizing small spaces.
All the freebies given, move in condition!
Even washing machine and dryer included!

Zero entry cost. 3k to sign S&P.

how is the surrounding like?

shops, transport, future development, types of people there (working class, student etc...)?


Added on March 2, 2012, 5:58 pmPricing 500sf from 271k = RM542 per sf

Pricing 613sf from 344k = RM561 per sf

isn't it expensive?
