I wished I knew why it was being rejected b4. Could be several reasons. Maybe because i was a former PR? I think i was working here b4 but it was a very long time back. I was working here temporarily i think.

Well typical reason. Your credentials is not good enough. But they refused to give the reason. I mean so far what i can think of is that I was a former singapore PR who denouce my PR because of national service and that i was working here for 6 months before. But it was a very long time ago.

That mean you come to singapore to work again? So now your EP is rejected? the hiring company plan to appeal for you?

Obviously none of us here will know the real reason, but at the moment this bolded part sort of quite 'hangat' right now - lots of PRC are doing it and lots of SG netizens are complaining about it in forums & stuff, saying these ppl only know how to drain SG resources then when time to serve NS they leave icon_idea.gif

If you ever taken some of the PR benefit (education fund, medical etc) and you worked part-time with PR status, then you denouce your PR to avoid NS... and if you do not have highly demanded skills and experience + current social sentiment ... I think the chance is very low.

Dont need to find out the reason, you can keep trying to apply for EP but I suggest you also look at other opening in other country too.

1st gen PR nonid serve NS. But your (male) children must serve. If they dun want to serve they have to renounce PR then they will be same case like abang sylar here.
