mine is for PR application, so sendiri bayar. if u need for EP application, u can ask for urgent as well. but i doubt ur employer willing to pay.

Actually, if for EP, if urgent...most likely is not you who wants it, is the company...so they pay.

actually for pr if only ur employer didnt require you to take it when u apply for your work pass... if u had done it before they would have the record liao

It is paid by the employer and not borne by the employee. Plus it doesnt cost much to do a basic aids test unlike me who had to go for a full medical examination with full blood panel. I should have told the HR people that i hate needles.

I dont need to imagine that, i've been to a house which practices that. And i can on up ivanswk with one fella sleeping in the hall room on a makeshift bed. Mostly burmese, indian or prc labourers do this for "economic" reasons.

there are Fix Bonus and Variable Bonus (growth bonus, PB....)

I am refering to PB, will your company actually adjust the total PB base on the industry performance of the year or strickly follow a formular based on the performance grade and salary band?
