Planning to get a second hand DVC sub.. But the problem now i just bought a 2ch 1000w "the punch" amp.. Will it support the DVC sub?

yes 2ch amp should be able to wire up dvc sub

caution: not all 2ch amp can be wired bridged@ 2ohms or bridged@ 1ohms.
bridging@4ohm is NOT a problem at all.

check the specs on the amp.
safest is to get a DVC 2ohm, so u can series it to attain 4ohm DVC config

it can be the sub wired in parallel n fry the amp, coz too much current being drawn from the amp

Sub wont fry amp and amp wont fry sub. Only human fry them.
