QUOTE(17osm17 @ Feb 4 2012, 03:33 PM) I used sachs super touring on my rear absorber for 2 months. Harder than OEM. But, I didnt like it. Car feels sooo bouncy after install. Like driving lorry kind of feeling. 1 person driving bouncy, fetch 4 people also bouncy. Not comfortable, and i don't find cornering stability much improvement. After 2 months usage, still bouncy. NOT RECOMMENDED by me. An hour ago, I went to another mechanic to change to Kayaba Excel-G. Immediately so much difference. Ride feels comfortable. No bounce at all compared to Sachs. Good replacement for OEM. If you want comfort, i recommend kayaba excel G. not sure abt the "excel-G" part but kayaba(KYB) is the OEM for saga...i go proton stockist, this is the one that they're selling, not APM i asked them..not APM...they said no..this one is OEM ori

QUOTE(peet @ Feb 4 2012, 09:33 PM) Okay, here's my latest report. Finally managed to send my car in for 5K servicing after all the holidays etc. Sent in to Platinum watever at Mutiara D'sara. 11am: Arrived there at appointed time. 11.30am: Someone finally came to entertain me. I complained that engine idling sometimes like dying off. Also asked for CVT upgrade. 4pm: Car finally ready. Did the routine servicing. Said they did the tuning but found nothing wrong (I did find the car has less jerking when I drove off). Also they ran out of stocks for CVT so they didn't upgrade. Will call me when they have stocks. I also requested for "no engine treatment oil" so my bill came to less than RM130. In my mind, wow, 4 hrs wait for routine servicing... cuz you're not the only one or the 1st one if your appointment is 8AM...thn you're the 1st one thn finish faster
