Sooo... after 3 hours of waiting, I drove out the SC with a pair of brand new drumbrake sets. They also tightened my handbrake, which was loosen previously at the Sri Petaling SC to prevent the brake from jamming, and the freeplay of the brake pedal is reduced. I think they also replaced the brake fluid as well.
The service advisor told me the vendor sent a total of ONE technician to do replacements on 3 cars.
