Just went to book Saga FLX 1.6se last week.

Currently the demand for the red color is high, so must wait a little bit. Was told if book the solid white, can get within 1 or 2 week time. But I prefer the red one... beauty is in the eye of the beholder 

Just registered few days ago and drop by this thread to say "hello" to all of you & hope you guys can welcome me in this forum

Wow, so much for driving Proton with confidence. Nowadays when I drive long-distance I always ask myself where I can swerve to when engine stall. 

Oppss... should have chosen the white.. LOL

Yeah.. before this I went through lots of websites & forums to learn more about this autofoam. 

Wonder if we have someone who did this before in their saga & can share their experience here as well

took 3 day leave to when back to johor to fix the brake problem , first day go , drive x sampai 10km bunyi come again , then second day go again , fix around 5 hours just for the brake , thought ok liao , mana tau come back kl time bunyi bising lagi , sigh

Anybody here with a manual transmission for FLX tried going past 7k rpm? I wanna know whether that sudden slowness is because of "Powercut" or "Rev cut"? My own opinion, I dont think "Rev cut" feels like that. 

maybe I'll just do the additional soundproofing & left the autofoam option.

I am not worry much regarding safety issues as I did an experiment during my studies using different foam as a core member in a hollow steel/carbon fibre tubing. The foam really absorbs the impact energy and also vibrations after certain tests.

What I am worry about autofoam is that the ride would be a little harder & the repair cost ---> (No experience in this)

I'm thinking to buy new Saga. Need your opinion to chose which model 1.6 or 1.3?
This car will be used for daily commute for 60km.
Biweekly for balik kampung for 200km and carry a baby and a adult.

i tried it yesterday hehehehe
i'm new to car so i can say is, it drops the rpm to give better engine respond

happen on saturday, during heavy rain at KL...
can i claim for warranty and exchange with new one?

ishhhh ... i wonder how many time i need to go again for them to replace a new set for me

front strut bar - RM120-140
rear strut bar - RM130

both i recommend getting from member mahihi. brand is 3max. these 2 would help a lot in corners.

let me rephrase repeat myself, there is no need for an anti roll bar, as the rear torsion beam already acts as one..

fender is useful without front strut + adjustables

Front strut bar shouldn't be a problem, provided you take good care of your front absorbers

Its lucky that I havent put any bars yet or else I might have to fork out moolahs for my recent driver's side absorber warranty claim.

absorbers loves potholes. The more the merrier. Th deeper the better lasting.

and also when approaching an incline, add as much throttle as possible so that it can "fly" before landing. Similarly, you may do the same when approaching a decline but it is a bit tricky as too much throttle will cause it to fall engine first and too little risks scrapping your rear bumper. Need to be balanced out in order for all the absorbers to get all its shock as much as possible and distributed equally.

Always carry more number of people than the amount recommended by manufacturer. If possible, treat it like a Hyundai Grand Starex.

Always add unnecessary weight and fill up all empty spaces with as much things as possible.

Your Shock Absorber is machine washable although for longer life we suggest you hand-wash. Do not iron or tumble dry and make sure all dark colours are washed separately. Oh wai- This is for bra.
