Izzit the Mybrain 15 will be extended based on the latest budget that just announced?

7. Pemohon mestilah memenuhi syarat kelayakan akademik seperti berikut:

•Memiliki Ijazah Sarjana Muda atau setaraf yang diiktiraf oleh Kerajaan dengan PNGK 2.75 - 4.00 atau setara; atau


•Memiliki Ijazah Sarjana Muda atau setaraf yang diiktiraf oleh Kerajaan dengan PNGK 2.50 - 2.74 atau setara dan pengalaman kerja dalam bidang berkaitan sekurang-kurangnya 3 tahun.


•Berumur sekurang-kurangnya 30 tahun dan mendapatkan Sijil Perakuan Accreditation of Prior Experiantial Learning (APEL) bagi kemasukan ke program Ijazah Sarjana (tahap 7, Kerangka Kelayakan Malaysia) dari Agensi Kelayakan Malaysia (MQA).


Hihi, bro, result not too good last time, but anyway still manage to gather more than three years experience by now.

Anyway, after checking with the officer in charge few days ago, they already revise back my appeal, and changing the result of application to positive without required me to wait for another 2 months. REALLY thanks god man. I really start to wonder how the system is working right now? Is that really having some so called "Committee" that functioning? Or perhaps, just some key persons are tabling the job right now.

But, who cares now? As long as got subsidized, that's all..

Take it easy, perhaps you can look for other sources. There are plenty out there..

Can we become RA besides receiving the award of MyPHD from KPT? I heard that some of my friends really enjoy the both but my lecturer would not take this type of RA if the candidate finally been offered with the scholarship.

Same to my case, but eventually, the status of outstanding amount being removed. Patience is the matter.

But, there is advertisement being published a couple days ago (Monday, Malay newspaper). My dilemma is now either register this semester or postpone to next semester, worrying about the term of sponsorship...

Anybody can helps? let say, if I manage to submit all those documents in next month (Nov), and fortunately to secure the award after two months later, do you think the scholarship will backdated to cover the current Uni semester?

I heard a case that d student applied in Dec, and fortunately to secure the scholarship after two months later. But, the term of sponsorship only started Jan. Yes, she still secure to have the Mybrain cover the ongoing semester (Sep-Feb), but get forfeited with the ESH for couple of months (I think 3-4 months)... 3 to 4 months shouldn be close to 10k, Haiz....

So happen to meet the MyBrain officer face to face in my Uni, and the feedback from them is quite negative. For the new application, get ready to face the long waiting period instead of the common two months....

Still getting the uncertain answer for the fate of the scholarship on the next coming year.

According to the officer, they do have the budget to make the advertisement, but for the long term future so remain uncertain.
