i don't think you need to send a proposal for mix mode. only pure research-based need to send proposal

Is your Master Course by coursework or by research?

If it is by research, what do you fill in the Tarikh Tamat Pengajian?

If I filled in that i can finish it by three years, does that mean they only pay me up to three years?

By default the scholarship only will be given three years. No matter what you fill, you'll get three years of scholarship. But I think there's a form in the website to apply for extension when you can't complete your study in three years.

I think they will understand since you're taking coursework.

Yes, you can choose that as long as it is related to your course.

Pelajar akan dikenakan ikatan Perjanjian dengan Kerajaan bersama seorang penjamin dan pelajar perlu berkhidmat di Malaysia atau mana-mana organisasi yang mempunyai kepentingan kepada Malaysia selama lima (5) tahun.

I'm not sure about the current policy of the application. But last time I applied with the offer letter only and without registration to uni. Didn't put my card no. (even though I got it) in the online application.

But now it seems like the application is harder.

I got card no. in the uni offer letter but I did not put the card no in the online application. Yes I got the mybrain offer.

But it was a year ago. Maybe the changed the application policy. Last time only need to fill in employer detail by our own, but I see right now the employer need to personally fill the form, sign and stamp it.

I dunno how long the period you can reapply again. Better call them.

Anybody already extend or will likely to extend the myphd scholarship? I mean when you can't complete studies in 3 years, you can apply extension for another two semesters.

I applied 3 months before the end of my study (as stated in the extension form). I had waited almost 6 months already. Every month I called mybrain to follow up on my application but it's still under process.

OK I've talked to the staff in Treasury office and she said since my extension is not confirm by mybrain yet, I must pay with my own money. Once I get the approval of the extension from mybrain, send a copy of the approval letter together with the payment receipt to the Treasury office to claim back the money.

Difficult to meet the person in charge since it's very far away. But I've made a call and spoke with the person in charge. He said call him again after a week to get the result.

So did your extension effective date starts at the following month after your original myphd scholarship ended? Example: Let's say your original date was from 1/1/2012 to 31/12/2014, so your first extension started on 1/1/2015?
