Hi all, URGENT question here:

Does anyone has same problem as me? Applied myMaster before May 2015 and meet the requirements at that time, but disqualified in 2016 because they have raised the CGPA requirements which is at least 3.0, anyone? I am thinking to make appeal or complaint against them regarding this matter,

TOTALLY UNFAIR TO APPLICANTS 2015!!!

An honest reply @adam_lew85
There are many ways to finance your education and need not rely on government's money to do so. (e.g EPF, bank loan, etc) Anyone who is giving out money will have the right to revise their terms and conditions for eligibility, the government's included. Given the current tough times, it is only wise if those limited funds are given out prudently and only to those who deserves it.

Not wanting to attack you but looking at what you wrote ... your english writing competency is of concern. They have structural and grammatical errors which should not be demonstrated by a graduate. What if I am the person who is supposed to approve your MyBrain application, I would without a doubt disqualify you because you did not demonstrate good qualities as a degree holder. Why should I invest further in your Master's degree?

You need to face the realities that life isn't fair. Help yourself before asking for others to help you. Ranting here will only go nowhere.

Well said.. By looking at his comments, his competency of English is really of concern, particularly on the tenses..

Sorry for being a "busybody"
You gave him your honest advice but he treated offensively... @ @
No wonder the quality of MBA graduates produced by local universities is deteriorating.

Usually top MBA schools require GMAT or GRE to screen out candidates..

Well ... I agree top MBA schools would screen their potential students throughly.
Graduates from those schools would need to reflect and carry the brand name once they graduate. Anything lesser then the potential student would be rejected outright.

I'm actually amused when the writer spoke about my lack of knowledge on MBA programs. One side of the coin is the perceived public's attention to the MBA brand that you are holding but equally important (or sometimes more) is the transformation that has been effected to the graduate who holds (or undergoing) MBA.

Well ... I wish you all the best as you believe you fully understood what you are doing. (and hopefully it's future implications)
