I have question regarding this dokumen sokongan. It has been around 6 months since I quit my job and I didn't receive any surat pengesahan berhenti kerja when I quit. and After quiting the job, I did work on my own as personal tutor. Should I put the company I worked before at the "Nama Bekas Majikan Terakhir" section or should I just put N/A since after quiting the job, I work on my own? If I put the company I worked before at the section, I don't even have the surat pengesahan berhenti kerja.... but I do have epf no and able to get the statement. What's the best way? Somebody, please answer this.
