Hi guys, I previously took MyMaster and completed the course already. Now I'm looking to apply for MyPHD but my login ID for mybrain15 website only shows the previous MyMaster thing, it doesn't show any options to apply for MyPhD. I tried creating new account for MyPhD application but can't cause my IC and email have already been used for MyMaster. Any ideas how do I proceed from here?

Also, with regards to the section of 'Pengesahan oleh Pengadil' in 'Borang Pengesahan Maklumat Pemohon', where someone needs to certify that you are not working/working somewhere.... Any recommendations on who could be the 'Pengadil'? Cause family members and supervisors are not qualified, so pretty much everybody that knows whether you are working or not are already disqualified. It is kind of ridiculous to me.

Thanks for the reply. I called them and was told to send a surat rasmi to them. I did it, send by Pos Laju some more, but until now still no reply. I guess need to call them again.

For my case, still waiting for them to reset account so that I can apply MyPhd. Almost three weeks already I send the letter to them, still haven't reset.

Oh didn't know need EPF statement. Can just print out from the machine and send them that copy? Asking cause I believe I'll have to go through the same process in the future too. Thanks.

Yea, would probably be best to go see them directly. Unfortunately, I'm from Melaka so quite far from Putrajaya. I even used Pos laju to send, shown to be received the next day based on tracking number.

Thanks for the reply. Indeed I'm planning to apply under that category so I could get some allowance, as my supervisor couldn't get any funding via university/reserach grant for my PhD studies.

Hi guys, for those who have applied mybrain15, while waiting for your application, should we still be able to log in? We should be able to do so right ?

I submitted a few weeks ago, tried to log in now and it comes out 'ralat dikenalpasti'. Thought it was password error, I tried recovering password and received my password. But my password is correct, using that password, it still comes out 'ralat dikenalpasti'.

Is this normal?

Hi guys, hoping someone with some experience can share a little info. According to the guide provided, the 'saksi' must be:

(i) Terdiri daripada penjawat awam/badan berkanun yang menjawat jawatan tetap daripada
Kumpulan Pengurusan dan Profesional (Gred 41 dan ke atas). Contoh pegawai badan berkanun
adalah Pensyarah, Pendaftar dan Bendahari di IPTA;

(ii) Penggawa/ Penghulu/ Ketua Kampung/ Ketua Masyarakat/ Sidang/ Pegawai Pembangunan
Mukim/ Pengerusi JKKK (Jawatankuasa Kemajuan dan Keselamatan Kampung) yang mempunyai
cop jawatan rasmi; dan

(iii) Pegawai-pegawai dalam perkhidmatan perundangan dan kehakiman seperti Majistret dan
Peguam yang berkhidmat dengan Kerajaan sahaja.


The first one includes lecturers, but seems to be only for IPTA, so lecturers or ay officers from IPTS can't be 'saksi' right? If that's the case, will be difficult for me cause I'm in IPTS.

The third one, does commissioner of oaths qualify for that?

Hi guys, for those of you who are under MyPhD P1, may I know how long did it take for you to receive your allowance the first time after the approval . Is it like a few months? Just wondering.

I see. Thanks for the info. Looks like I will have a while to wait.

Unfortunately I haven't receive any allowance. In fact, haven't receive any allowance before cause I was approved only in December last year.

I email them to ask but they didn't reply. Hopefully it will be next month cause if check their previous Facebook posting, last year they bank in at the end of February.

Hopefully can get tomorrow or early next month. I might try calling them next week and ask. But call them always nobody pick up.

Great to hear that.

Unfortunately for me still nothing in my Bank islam account. I hope I don't have to wait another three months, that will be really, really bad. I'll call them next week to check.
