Meaning until 31.12.2014 then cannot apply for MyBrain already? Or is it until 31.12.2015? If exceed the date already, will this MyBrain plan be extended? Any news on it?

My supervisor and evaluator suggested me to apply for PHD conversion from Masters. I've written my thesis for my faculty. Now waiting for my faculty to have the postgrad meeting, after that need to wait for Senat meeting. Then only we can get the result if we can be converted to PHD. I'm afraid when I get the Masters to PHD conversion letter then the MyBrain offer finish already.

If I could not get financial support, I can't see anyway for me to convert.

Hi guys, for those who have applied mybrain15, while waiting for your application, should we still be able to log in? We should be able to do so right ?

I submitted a few weeks ago, tried to log in now and it comes out 'ralat dikenalpasti'. Thought it was password error, I tried recovering password and received my password. But my password is correct, using that password, it still comes out 'ralat dikenalpasti'.

Is this normal?

You are right, "tempoh pembiayaan" will be effective from the date of your online application. Haha, so don wait till last semester only apply Mybrain, thinking that government will reimburse back those payment you have made.

I just realized that some of the documents have to be certified by Pegawai Kerajaan Kumpulan Pengurusan dan Profesional (Gred 41 dan ke atas) / Penggawa / Ketua Kampung / Ketua Masyarakat. I got my Transcript certified by the Assistance Manager of Student Registry office of my university and my offer letter is certified by the Admission Office. Is my documents valid for the application? If no, can  I actually update my application once I got the proper documents?

besides, I got my Phd offer letter with my Degree. Do I still stand a chance to obtain the MyPhd? can somebody guide me please.

I have email them.. They never answer my question and then they withdraw my application on 27th Nov 14 so that I can upload the documents again... so I got all the documents certified by Pengetua of SMK and submitted my application on 27th as well... but i found out that there is a notice which is "Sistem ditutup sementara bagi PERMOHONAN BARU (1 DIS 2014 - 31 DIS 2014) untuk kerja-kerja penyelenggaraan." on 27 nov.. im wondering they still take my application or not even I have submitted on 27th nov.

Other than that, is that anyone successfully secured the MyPhd Scholarship with a Bachelor Degree? Im currently being offered an unconditional offer letter with my Bachelor Degree. I have no Master Degree.

just got all my documents sorted and found out application is closed until 31 December..FML

So the only way for me to apply is wait till next year? 

Hi guys, for those of you who are under MyPhD P1, may I know how long did it take for you to receive your allowance the first time after the approval . Is it like a few months?    Just wondering.

Hi guys. Got some question regarding laporan kemajuan for myphd.

The laporan require us to send the form together with 'plan of study' and laporan for semester 1. Is that plan same as ghantt chart? And what if I don't send the laporan for sem 1 as I sent to them during sem 1 and forget to save a back up copy.

And the surat pengesahan for proposal, I already send to them during sem 1. Do I still need to send them every sem?

"MyBrain15 (MyMaster and MyPhD) will not cover the fees that you have paid prior to your successful scholarship application. For example, if your MyMaster or MyPhD scholarship application is approved successfully this semester, you will not be able to claim back the fees you have paid using your own money for the previous semester(s)."

Then is too bad for me as I going to complete my dissertation by next month but now only applied. So i think my chances to get mybrain approve is very very low 
But wondering how those MBA students get ready their proposal during first semester while most of them are still new and don't even have any idea on their research topic, if they want to apply mybrain15 during first semester. 
That's happened to me nearly 3rd semester only know what topic should go on after attended the research method class.

oh dear...I hope to be graduating from my masters by the end of this year, and am planning to go for this MyPhD in year 2016, once I graduated from my masters degree. I went to their website and check and got this "Permohonan-
(a) Permohonan dibuka sepanjang tahun mulai 1 Disember 2010 hingga tahun 2015."

Meaning to say I have to apply for this MyPhD by the end of this year    Will they continue this support in the years to come? =/

I applied 3 months before the end of my study (as stated in the extension form). I had waited almost 6 months already.  Every month I called mybrain to follow up on my application but it's still under process.

OK I've talked to the staff in Treasury office and she said since my extension is not confirm by mybrain yet, I must pay with my own money. Once I get the approval of the extension from mybrain, send a copy of the approval letter together with the payment receipt to the Treasury office to claim back the money.

Difficult to meet the person in charge since it's very far away. But I've made a call and spoke with the person in charge. He said call him again after a week to get the result.

So did your extension effective date starts at the following month after your original myphd scholarship ended? Example: Let's say your original date was from 1/1/2012 to 31/12/2014, so your first extension started on 1/1/2015?

Hi, i got the offer for MyMaster scholarship, however i have a few doubts, hopefully, someone can clear my doubts

1: I need to submit my Surat Tawaran to Bendahari Institusi Pengajian within 7 days, can anyone enlighten me what department is Bendahari Institusi Pengajian ?

2: I would need to find 2 Witnesses/Saksi for the Borang Penjanjian part, can someone recommend me any eligible Witnesses/Saksi ? (Study on Private College, my lectures is not eligible to be my witnesses)

3: My MBA program ended early September 2015, how would I receive the payment from MyBrain15 ?

Thanks for your reply, my situation is that i self-funded my MBA program, and paid all the amount of the program before my period of scholarship with MyBrain15 which started from 1st Sept 2015 until 29 Feb 2016.

So meaning, i won't be eligible for any reimbursed ?

Anyone knows if the MyBrain Scholarship will be extended beyond 2015? The website states "Permohonan dibuka sepanjang tahun mulai 1 Disember 2010 hingga tahun 2015". So, I'm wondering if it's worth the time applying now or not.

Planning to do my MBA soon in May intake 2016. Wondering if My Master still applicable to apply for 2016?
